Our journey began in 2017 with hands-on engineering work — solving complex database, infrastructure, and application challenges for growing organizations.
What started as deep technical execution evolved into a broader vision: to build a consulting firm capable of delivering end-to-end technology solutions across infrastructure, cloud, software, and digital platforms.
We identified a recurring pattern early on — organizations often had tools in place, but lacked cohesive architecture and strategic alignment between infrastructure, development, and operations. That gap became the blueprint for Tambena.

Tambena Consulting was formally established by Einstein Tambe (CEO & President) and Amanda Tambe (COO) — building the firm on three core pillars: Technical Excellence, Operational Discipline, and Strategic Growth.
The founders recognized that organizations frequently had technology in place but lacked strategic alignment across infrastructure, development, and operations — and built Tambena to solve exactly that.
